Circuit 1

12 Starfish Crunchies – 10 each side Alternating Starfishes – 15 each side Side Crunchies. Rest for 45 seconds. x 3

Circuit 2

15 Reverse Straight Leg Lifts – 20 Lift Offs – 20 Tucks. Rest for 45 seconds. x 3.
